Overall condition is fair. The top has several water and ink stains. The long cupboard door sticks and needs easing. The two smaller cupboard doors are in good order. The graduated drawers all run smoothly and all wobble slightly. All drawers have some water stains to them. There are scuff marks to the top left hand side panel. Otherwise good order.
